The bar staff were rude. Any request reminded me of an inconvenience. The alcohol served was cheap. A mojito was priced at €2 but came with an apple garnish. It was COMPLETELY unacceptable!!!

I found the food quite good and with enough variety. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the availability of sunbeds around the pool area. the resort provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The gym equipment is outdated and needs an upgrade. The machines could use some maintenance or replacement.

The hotel location allowed easy access. The buffet food has tasty options. The animation team provided pleasant entertainment during the day. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

The gym needs updating, it feels a bit old.
